Meet Your Hosts
Monica Hay is a writing coach specializing in helping writers overcome resistance (procrastination, perfectionism, writer's block). She uses a blend of spirituality and brain science to help writers write. She has a Master’s in Publishing from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from UC Berkeley.
Monica is an Enneagram 2w3, and lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two cats.
Lauren McLeod is an Enneagram coach and writer who will likely talk your ear off about all things Enneagram, wine, CrossFit, writing, and travel. She's a product marketer and manager by day with a background in digital and ecommerce. She’s also passionate about helping writers unlock their strengths within their writing practice, using personality, self-awareness, and inner work to build sustainable, fulfilling habits.
